A global medical device company needed a more human approach to their customer experience. Diagnostics were not enough; empathy through real conversations built much needed value and inspiration for the customer. And the infrastructure needed to continually support and challenge practitioners developed a sustainable culture of trust, engagement, and positive results.

Workshop to co-design a new sales approach

A team of seasoned professionals needed a new way to engage their customers besides showing up and throwing up. After many hours of facilitated discussion centered on the customer needs, fears, and desires, a new process was designed. All present added insights and expertise with the result being something all committed to working on making happen in their teams.

Coaching to establish a leadership approach

A team was struggling with how they wanted to show up for their teams. In a kick off workshop, the team agreed on the key leadership behaviors they wanted to model. What’s more, the core values of their approach was something they were keen to communicate and hold each other accountable to, bringing clarity and focus, as well as a renewed purpose to inspire. Follow up coaching ensured the behaviors stuck.
